Chesapeake Process Service, Inc. was founded by Ronald F. Sine, Jr in 2006. After Mr. Sine’s retirement, Brandy Sine became President of Chesapeake Process Service, Inc.
She has more than 20 years’ experience in legal collections. Starting in 1999, she worked for the Law Offices of Neil J. Bloom, until her departure in 2004. She then worked for Alacrity Collections in Annapolis, Maryland collecting consumer and medical debts. Mrs. Sine moved on to American General Financial Services/Springleaf Financial Services where she worked as assistant to in-house Counsel. She is certified in H.I.P.P.A., as well as the Fair Debt Collections Practices Act.
Mrs. Sine was a member of M.A.A.P.P.S. (Mid Atlantic Association of Professional Process Servers) for several years before being elected Director. She has served as Secretary of M.A.A.P.P.S. as well. Mrs. Sine has also been a member of N.A.P.P.S. (National Association of Professional Process Servers) since 2018. She has obtained her notary public through the State of Maryland, Baltimore County. Mrs. Sine graduated from Baltimore County Community College, Magna Cum Laude, with an Associates of Applied Sciences Degree in Business Management.
