     Chesapeake Process Service, Inc. was founded by Ronald F. Sine, Jr in 2006. Mr. Sine has been in the process service industry since 1985. After Mr. Sine’s retirement, Brandy Sine became President of Chesapeake Process Service, Inc. Mrs. Sine graduated from Baltimore County Community College, Magna Cum Laude, with an Associates of Applied Sciences Degree in Business Management. She has more than 20 years’ experience in legal collections. Starting in 1999, she worked for the Law Offices of Neil J. Bloom, until her departure in 2004. She then worked for Alacrity Collections in Annapolis, Maryland collecting consumer and medical debts. Mrs. Sine moved on to American General Financial Services/Springleaf Financial Services where she worked as assistant to in-house Counsel. She is certified in The Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 (HIPAA), as well as the Fair Debt Collections Practices Act (FDCPA).

     Mrs. Sine was a member of Mid Atlantic Association of Professional Process Servers (M.A.A.P.P.S.) for several years before being elected to the Board of Directors. She also served as Secretary of M.A.A.P.P.S. Mrs. Sine has been a member of N.A.P.P.S. (National Association of Professional Process Servers) since 2018. Several of our process servers have more than 20 years of experience in the field. We continually provide our process servers with the education and training necessary to complete the service of process in a respectful, legal manner. Since Chesapeake Process Service, Inc.’s inception, our process servers have successfully served over 200,000 documents in a professional, timely manner.
